Quality
Quality and certifications
How a manufacturer can present inspection, testing and approvals. This demonstration company holds no certifications; the sections below show the layout.
Inspection and test flow (illustrative)
Incoming inspection
Castings, shafts and seals are checked against drawing and material certificates.
Assembly checks
Clearances, run-out and torque values are recorded for each unit.
Hydrostatic test
Pressure-containing parts are tested at a stated multiple of design pressure.
Performance test
Flow, head, power and vibration are measured and compared with the published curve.
Certifications and approvals
No certification, approval or third-party endorsement is claimed on this demonstration site. A real manufacturer lists only documents it holds and can supply, such as a quality-management certificate, pressure-equipment conformity documents, or material test certificates.
Add each certificate with its scope, issuing body and validity, and link to the downloadable document.
Documentation you can offer buyers
Datasheets
Duty range, dimensions, materials and connections for each model.
Test reports
Performance and hydrostatic test records issued per unit or batch.
Material certificates
Traceable chemical and mechanical properties for wetted parts.
Tell us the duty point and we will propose the equipment.
Send flow, head or pressure class, fluid and temperature. A demonstration form: connect your own destination before launch.
